As you shampoo your vehicle, the chances are that your wash mitt or pad will pick up particles of dirt and mud and these will be transferred to your wash bucket.
The point of a wash bucket filter is to trap particles of mud and dirt at the bottom of your wash bucket and keep them there.
But most of the cheap bucket filters - or grit guards or equivalent - only do half a job. Any movement of your hand in the water just swirls the particles around to transfer back into your wash mitt and then onto your paintwork. Better than not having one ... but pretty naff in our opinion.
But not so with the Turbine dirt lock. It's quite simply, the best designed and made filter you can get. Yes, it's expensive. But if you care for your car's paintwork and want to keep it scratch and swirl free, then look at it as an investment.
It's venturi design sucks dirt to the bottom of the bucket and keeps it there. We'll be making a video soon showing how this works but we wanted to make these available for sale as soon as they landed from Canada.
