Delivery information
Our delivery charges are:
- £3.99 on orders under £40.00
- FREE delivery on orders £40.00 and over
We aim to dispatch your orders within 1-2 working days.
- Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the next working day.
- This means that orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
Orders are delivered by Royal Mail using their 48hr Tracked service. You can expect to receive your order within 48hrs from leaving us.
Please note that delivery days do not include weekends.
You can fully track your order by entering your 13 digit tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has been despatched. If you do not have your tracking information, please contact our customer services team and they will be happy to share this number with you.

Please be aware that all orders for Northern Ireland & Channel Islands are subject to extended delivery times. Please allow 7 - 10 working days for arrival.
During peak times of the year such as Easter and Christmas, delivery delays may occur. If your order has not been received within 5 working days of purchase, please call our customer services team on 01291 570 570.
- Our charges are £6.99 for next working day delivery.
- Available for deliveries to mainland UK addresses only.
- Orders received by 1pm will be dispatched on the same day.

- Royal Mail do not deliver on the weekends, so if you order on Friday AM your parcel won't arrive until the following Monday.
